See equipment

An individual assessment run by a professional with NooFit Pro in front of them. It is the gateway to the ecosystem and, for the centre, a recruitment and retention tool.

What is measured

The six tests

  • Squat Jump:Explosive leg power.
  • Flamenco Test:Balance and postural control.
  • Adapted Push-Ups:Upper-body strength endurance.
  • Box Squat:Lower-body strength endurance.
  • Core Plank:Core endurance.
  • 1.5 km run:Cardiovascular capacity, optional and manually recorded.

The software replaces each test's technical name with the physical quality it measures, so the client understands it at a glance

How it works

Automatic data capture

Four POD S3 sensors fixed to the body with textile straps: right arm, right ankle and both thighs. The sensors record movement on their own, so the coach writes nothing down except in the 1.5 km run and can watch, correct and encourage.

  • The client follows each exercise on the room screen while doing it, with the timer in sight.
  • Push-ups and plank have variants to adjust difficulty: six in push-ups and five in the plank, from the wall version to the standard one.
  • The report is discussed in the same session, with coach and client looking at the same thing.
What you need

A tablet and open floor space

Four POD S3 sensors, the textile straps, the room screen and THE BOX case to carry the sensors. The assessment runs on the coach's tablet and needs no installation.

What you get

A number the client understands

Metabolic Age turns the result into a sentence the client understands and wants to improve: “You are 45, but you perform like a 35-year-old”. It comes from comparing their performance with the benchmarks for their age group and sex.

  • It is worth repeating every 2 or 3 months:It creates a regular point of contact with the client and the system recalculates the profile with real progress.
  • Elite I, II and III levels recognise progress. Elite Extreme is a monthly ranking, by sex and with no age brackets, publicly listed.

Offering the first assessment for free or charging for it from the start is a commercial decision for each centre.

The three modules

The centre does not buy a closed package: it can start with one and add the others whenever it wants
